Hyper Sunday!

Hope you had a beautiful Sunday. I did. I had a fun day in the park with some of my friends and their children. We grilled meat, played basketball, tennis, cards... hmm didn't get to play the last ones, even though I insisted so much to buy them. I believe the barbecue season officially started. I felt so much better than staying at home and catching the newsfeed on facebook, I got physically active, I got fresh air. Below are some pics to testify my good feeling :)
The girls: Amber and Heather
Heather throwing some basketball balls, beating the boys up :)!
Our grill and our master cook!
Amber's youngest treasure ready for her soccer game!
 Fashion fiasco?
I was the photographer of the party so not too many pics with me, but still I could manage to have some the end :)
P.S: Have a productive week everyone, can't wait for the next weekend.

Happy March-Martisor!

I tend to feel and celebrate the holidays like I used to do back home in Moldova. Today is the first of March, officially the first day of the spring. After a tough winter (not referring to the one in Dallas) we are happy warm weather is about to come, like my lovely friend Lucia said it's the season of the stilettos and sandals. Also, back home for this particular day we have a tradition of giving away to the ones we like and love a 'martisor' - it is a symbolic hand made embroidery accessory that is attached on the chest the left side, close to the heart. It has a story as well, that you can check on google, but in short words it symbolizes 'the good winning over the evil'.
Even though americans don't celebrate this holiday, I got my 'martisor-s' Sunday at the Romanian church, they were created by kids.
So today I got up early, dressed nice for work, put on my magic accessory and I was ready to go, I put on this short faux-fur vest and the white blouse to give at least a bit the look of the traditonal moldavian clothes (maybe it sounds banal).
Enjoy, and happy March - Martisor!

Oscar dresses better than the Grammy's

I think Oscar pulled it better than Grammy's, I mean the girls took it more serious.
Here are my favorites from last night, I am sure for the next few days you are going to see them everywhere, news, magazines, and other blogs!
I'll start with my top favorite!
Milla in Ellie Saab, but honestly I expected more celebs to pull out this designer for Oscar!
 Gwyneth looked like a Godess!
Heidi is a natural charmer!
In her case I just can decide who/what looks better her man or the dress :)!
Miley at one of the Oscar after-parties!

I've made a mistake, one of my readers was very kind and got my attention about my mistake, this gorgeous dress of Cate Blanchet is from 2011, ahh anyway I am gonna keep it. Sorry about it!

Dallas Street Style II

We are a busy generation, this week it seemed to me I am the busiest representative of it. I hope I didn't offend Zucki, as I have probably spent less than 5 minutes per day on FB the past three days.
Anyway I tried to do my homework and I'll delight your eyes with some February Dallas Street Style views. We had a beautiful month sunny and bright, and our southwestern fashionistats could enjoy the streets and the patios a lot.
Enjoy!
I love the tribal style bracelets!
Long legs - the perfect accessories!

Nice embroidery back!
I loved the whole outfit, but the sunnies are my weakness!
Again a pair of beautiful sunnies!
 Agressive and lovely!
Faux-fur ou il faut pas fur!
Cowboys follow the trend as well, bright colors on top!

P.S: Have a lovely weekend!

Spring Color Stroke

I love sun and light, and Dallas is the perfect city to get this. We had a pretty chill winter, no snow like the previous ones, just a lil'bit of rain, which was absolutely necessary and lots of sun.
Today was absolutely gorgeous and I said I would add some colors in the background, which are still missing I guess until March, the month of the nature blooming, and I had to take out my 'emotion boom' blouse. Fun, fun, don't ask me where I got, it's a secret store that I prefer to keep for myself, a tip would be it's not famous chain store, neither an expensive one but it hides some pretty good things.
Anyway, enjoy, hope you'll have a beautiful week and for my compatriots I wanna say please don't hate, your spring is close too, I know, I mean I hate you too a little bit I wanted a few snowflakes too, but I guess next year :))!

P.S: Forgot to mention my new love, the white cute bag from Michael Kors.
