Shoes make women famous!

Shoes make woman happy, that's a fact. I think there is an infinite number of quotes referring to women and shoes. But the chemistry that exists between us and these vital accessories is undeniable, it's a solid love affair. We never get tired of them, we never have too many pairs.The other day I saw on facebook a motivational pic saying something like there is never an ugly outfit, if there are the right shoes. A new pair of shoes will make any old outfit feel new again and can be worn with many different looks. Shoes give us a  natural sex appeal this is why high heels will never totally be replaced, but any heel over two inches changes the body’s natural alignment and can cause problems such as blisters, back pain, ankle sprains and tendonitis. If you love to wear high heels, take the following precautions:
• Buy the right size shoe. Your feet expand with heat and movement so always opt for the larger size.
• Look for suede foot beds in sandals to absorb sweat and avoid constant rubbing which can cause serious skin irritation.• Alternate between low and high heels so when you do wear flats, your foot and calf muscles won’t be strained.
• When choosing high heels, go for the wider, chunkier heels for more stability.
• Stretch your calf muscles regularly.
